Maximize your KLX140’s performance with the TBparts Roller Camshaft Kit, featuring CNC billet roller rockers, a performance camshaft, and HD valve springs. Designed to produce as much power as possible without sacrificing low-end torque or drivability, this kit delivers significant gains in throttle response, midrange pull, and top-end power.

The included performance camshaft offers increased lift, ramp speed, and duration compared to OEM, allowing more air and fuel into the engine for greater power output. Built on a brand-new cam core (not a regrind) and fitted with NTN bearings to OEM specifications, it ensures a perfect fit and long-lasting reliability.

The CNC 7075 billet aluminum roller rockers are precision-made for exact fit and function. With reduced friction and lighter weight, they free up power and allow for a more aggressive cam profile than standard rocker setups—ideal for both stock engines and big bore or stroker builds (170cc+).

Installation Notes:
  • Refer to the Kawasaki tech section for clear cylinder head clearance directions
  • Kit includes Roller Rockers (TBW1710) and Matching Camshaft (TBW1705) – use only as a matched set
  • Do not mix with non-roller cams or rockers – doing so can cause catastrophic engine failure
  • Valve Clearance: Minimum 0.003″ on both intake and exhaust
  • Camshaft Bolts: Reverse-threaded – turn right (clockwise) to loosen/remove
  • Torque Spec: 87 in-lbs with red thread lock
