At Faster-Minis, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want to make sure that you receive the item(s) that meet your needs. We also want to keep prices low on our website. To ensure that all of these expectations are met, all returns must be received in brand new condition.
If your order was placed within 60 days of the order date and is within the U.S., please use our self-service returns portal to generate an RMA number and select your return option, including a free return shipping option.
To ensure a full refund on your returned item(s) they must be intact in the original packaging.
- All returns are inspected. If the returned item(s) shows any signs of being installed or used it will be returned to you.
- All returned item(s) must be in new condition with zero wear, in the original packaging with all tags and information data that may have been included.
- We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been mounted.
- Shipping fees, international duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
- If you're wanting to exchange the item for a different item or a different color, we will issue a refund after the item has been inspected and a new order may be placed online at any time.
- Any product defects or damages must be communicated to Faster-Minis within (2) two business days of receiving the package or a return/exchange may be refused.
- Electrical Parts are neither returnable nor refundable under ANY circumstances. This includes but not limited to Rev Boxes, Spark Plugs, Ignitions, stators, fuel controllers, etc..
Return Process
You will need your order number and the email, phone number, or zip code used to place the order.
Follow the return steps and choose your preferred return method:
- Free Return Shipping (eGift Card Refund): Use our prepaid return label at no cost. Refund issued as an eGift card
- Prepaid Return Label ($9.99 Fee): Use our label for convenience. $9.99 will be deducted from your refund
- Use Your Own Shipping Method: Ship using your preferred carrier
Please include the original packing slip or necessary contact information inside your return.
If using your own shipping method, we strongly recommend a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Faster Minis is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. This also serves as proof of return.
Please carefully package your return. You are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging. Returns that arrive damaged may result in a refused return and/or 20% restocking fee.
