TBparts VM24 carb kit for Kawasaki KLX140s. Looking for more power from your KLX140? The Mikuni VM24 is a proven upgrade. 4mm larger than the factory carb, it delivers noticeable gains across the entire powerband. Best of all, it fits with the stock air box and filter for easy installation.
This kit includes everything you need, and we stock replacement parts and jets to keep you running. For reference, a replacement OEM carb alone costs over $320—this kit gives you better performance at a fraction of the price.
The kit includes:
- Genuine Mikuni VM24mm Performance Carb (Not a cheap Chinese copy carb)
- Intake Kit port matched to the VM24 and stock cylinder head
- Main Jet kit – sizes #140, 145, 150, 155, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, & 185
- Pilot Jet kit – sizes #20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, & 30
- Extended Throttle Cable for use with the stock bars and throttle or tall bars.
