Bore Kit, Race Head, Mikuni VM26 Carb/Kit and Race Cam for 86cc through 107cc Engines:
– NEW Race Head Larger valves (now
25/22mm) and better flow for increased
performance. Also has bigger cooling fins. Includes all necessary parts and
comes assembled!
– High performance race camshaft
– Lightweight
aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve (huge weight savings over your stock cast
iron cylinder)
– Cast in mounts on cylinder for aftermarket skid plates
– Oversized cooling fins on cylinder for efficient heat dissipation
– High compression 54mm piston with rings, pin, & clips (replaces your low
compression dished or flat top piston)
– Head gasket kit
– Genuine Mikuni VM26mm Performance Carb
– Intake Kit for the Race head
– Jet kit with 3 different sizes (Stock size is a #195 – Extra jets sizes of
155, 165 & 175)
– Throttle Cable
– NEW Dual Layered Foam Air Filter (not

This kit is the complete kit to convert your stock motor
into a powerful open class 114cc engine (much more powerful than
the stock Chinese 107 and 125cc engines) with tons of torque! Our Race
Head has bigger valves and better porting over the stock Chinese type E22 head.
The head also allows you to use all cams made for the Honda engines so there is
a greater variety of cams available based on your preference or type of racing.
This kit will work on all 86cc through 107 Chinese
engines except models with a 3 valve head (3 valve Chinese heads typically have
different stud spacing).
Note: This kit should be installed by a professional mechanic.
