Description

TB Clutch Plate Kit, Kevlar with Heavy Duty Springs – KLX110 and Z125

TBparts HD clutch plate kit for the Kawasaki KLX110 KLX110L and Z125. This kit was designed to hold more power from the ground up! We upgraded the OEM cork and rubber fibers to Kevlar for improved grabbing power. Along with that improvement, we used dimpled steel plates for additional friction. Finally, the springs are 30% heavier than OEM springs. It’s enough to hold big power with performance upgrades You can use these as factory replacements too!

Key Features & Specifications:

  • Kevlar Fibers
  • Dimpled steel plates
  • 30% over clutch springs

Spring choice note-

In stock applications and basic 143cc kits 2 HD springs will work well.

4 HD springs and 2 OEM springs will hold most setups  up to 155cc (Not all 6 HD springs are needed in most applications)

The more HD springs the harder it will be to shift or pull the clutch.

Fitment:
  • Suzuki DRZ110
  • Kawasaki KLX110 and KLX110L
  • Kawasaki Z125

Overall rating: 4.75 / 5 from 4 reviews.

Clutch works great

"This clutch grabs well and feels solid. only complaint it that the bolts flanged heads overhang the opening for the bearing cup in the center of the pressure plate. Bolts will need to be ground down or replaced with standard hex head bolts (grade 8. 8). I'm running with 4 heavy springs and 2 stock springs with a 143cc big bore kit and stock head. This spring combo has the clutch pull a bit on the firm side but makes for a satisfying launch. Running straight conventional oil so far, will switch to synthetic after the break in period is completed."

"Give the clutch some real "bite" over the stock clutch. Works perfectly with my 143cc Big Bore Kit with V2 cylinder head."

Clutch kit

"Fits perfect, works great in big bore bikes."

Still working great

"Honestly for the price I was skeptical but I've had zero issues. Hauls me around at 180lbs, and my buddy thats over 200lbs without slipping at all. About 10 hours on it so far and no signs of it letting go. Only downside is the heavy springs make shifting a little tougher. Otherwise great kit. For $28 even when it does die ill just throw another one in."
