Made in Japan and same as OEM. Due to stretching, its a good idea to replace this item every year or two depending on the hours/miles and performance upgrades you put on your mini. Cheap insurance to prevent damage and keep your engine in tip top shape. It’s also about $13.00 cheaper here than your local Kawasaki dealer.
