Description

Transform your Yamaha TTR110's clutch from automatic to manual with the Aftermarket Manual Clutch Kit. This conversion kit includes all the necessary components, such as a lever and cables, and can be easily installed by bolting it on while keeping your original parts intact.

The clutch lever is not required in this kit, providing the option for a semi-automatic function similar to the stock setup or a manual clutch option for more control. This is particularly beneficial for beginners or those wanting to teach someone how to operate a manual clutch.

This manual clutch kit allows for semi-manual operation, but for full manual control, you can either weld the centrifugal clutch or utilize a custom primary gear.

"Great!"

Michael (5/5)

"Great kit Only down side is the clutch perch does not fully seperate in 2 pieces , you have to slide it down the handle bar without the grip . Also I recommend the hd clutch springs and plates and it needs more resistance to operate **make sure you purchase a gasket kit as this set does not come with a clutch gasket No modifications needed bolts right on looks clean and all wiring correct I was a little hesitant not seeing this before but for 100 makes the pitter have some bite especially in the corners. I did not do tv primary drive and just have it as a semi-auto to keep it a “pit” bike"

Not As Advertised

"This is not a direct fit. There is a post that needs to be grinded down for proper fitment, it doesn’t come with the needed seals, the gasket is of dollar store quality and leaks horriblyyy and the seals it does come with also leak. I suggest ordering all oem seals and gaskets for the new cover so you don’t run into any leaks and maybe a new lever and perch it’s of very poor quality and my perch snapped clean in half after 1 fall. Other than that the kit is great and allows for some sweettt clutch dumps and if anyone else ran into the loose shift star problem like me using the clutch while shifting completely solved it."
