Take your KLX110’s performance to the next level with TBparts’ all-new 53.5mm Forged High Compression Piston Kit. Precision-engineered for strength and durability, this forged piston offers superior resistance to heat and wear—perfect for riders who push their engine hard.
This 0.5mm oversized piston is designed for use with the stock cylinder head but requires machining the OEM cylinder to fit. Ideal for a performance rebuild or high-output setup, this kit delivers increased compression for more power and better throttle response.

Installation note: Cylinder must be bored/machined & honed to size – This is not a drop in option.
Compression ratio on this piston is:
- 12.4:1 – Stock stroke w/OEM cylinder head – Fresh 91+ high octane pump gas can be used (Race gas is not required).
- 13.4:1 – 55mm Stroke w/OEM cylinder head – FRESH 93+ octane pump gas can be used. Use Octane Booster or mix with race fuel if you hear engine Knock Under load.
- Fuel can lose octane over time from sitting — especially under the wrong storage conditions. 91-93 octane pump fuel is best when used within 30 days.
