If you already have our V2 Race Head and need a new 143cc bore kit, this is the one you want as it comes with the matching high compression piston for this head.

The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). This new cylinder along with a complete head gasket kit and domed piston set this kit apart from other
similarly priced 143 kits on the market. Affordable and will make your Z125 or KLX110 a lot more fun to ride!  High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases or other modifications – bolt on and go!

There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. We also have a link on our website in the INFO section under KLX110 where you can download the KLX110 shop manual. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.  For the Z125, an aftermarket fuel controller is required and possibly an autotune will be needed to prevent a lean condition and damage to your engine.

"Faster minis is an awesome company 5 star to them BUT! TB can kick rocks!. (My background is 12 year seasoned diesel mechanic and business owner in said field) everything was installed correctly and all the proper steps were taken, heat cycle before opened up! Was done three times let cool completely. Inspected all components and gave her the beans!! 30 mins to an hour into riding BOOM piston cracks at the ring gland and took the jug out. And I’m not the only one, I’ve talked to multiple guys that are on their second, third kit and still popping. I learned my lesson on the first TB kit and refuse to go back with TB. BBR or TAKAGAWA IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO :sign_horns|type_2:"
