I'd look into other extenders first.
"I'm not sure if I get a defective shock extender or if it was my pit bike. But it did not come with a bolt and nut so I had to source my own and I had to file down part of the weld on the frame in order for this to fit. It's a very very simple upgrade. Shouldn't have to modify. Nonetheless, I did get it to work and it does exactly what it is supposed to do."
