Description
Unleash the performance of your Honda CRF110F with a larger intake manifold and upgraded throttle body kit. The stock intake system is extremely limited tapering as small as 13mm in the manifold. With the larger 24mm or upgraded 26mm throttle body kit, you can expect TWICE the horsepower at redline over the stock configuration. This is the ultimate starting point for the CRF110F pairing great with both stock bore and big bore kits.
CJR 26-22mm CNC Throttle Body Kit:
- CNC Machined 26mm to 22mm Manifold
- Optional 24mm and 26mm Throttle body (26mm Removes Fast Idle Valve)
- OEM sensor/injector location for a direct OEM swap
*NEW* CJR 30-25mm CNC Throttle Body Kit:
- CNC Machined 30mm to 25mm Manifold
- 30mm Throttle Body (Note - Removes Fast Idle Valve)
- Intake mounting diameter machined down to fit 38mm/1.5" intakes with 30mm or larger inner hose diameter (Decha, Pax, MMC)
- Requires ported cylinder head matched to 25mm
- Requires custom tune or aRacer standalone ECU
- If used with ECU flash, ensure tuner has custom tune available for 30mm kit

ECU FLASH OR AFTERMARKET FUEL CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED WITH THIS UPGRADE. THE BIKE WILL NOT GAIN PERFORMANCE WITHOUT A PROPER TUNE DUE TO THE RESTRICTED OEM INTAKE MANIFOLD.
