Description
Honda CRF110F lightweight flywheel eliminates rotating mass from the crankshaft, allowing the bike to rev up much quicker.
- OEM Flywheel ONLY - 1162g
- CJR Flywheel ONLY - 880g (avg)
- OEM vs CJR = -25% less weight
Timing marks will be slightly harder to see visually. If you are unsure of the correct mark, it is recommended to remove the spark plug and insert a tool to verify TDC.
Fitment:
- 2013-Present Honda CRF110
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
When installing the CJR Lightened flywheel, leave the 6 bolts inside the flywheel LOOSE until AFTER torquing down the 14mm nut on the crankshaft. This centers the starter gear to the flywheel for correct alignment with the crankshaft.
Without doing so may result in a nonworking starter.
