BBR Shift Shaft Support & Sprocket Guard - CRF110F

New! Solve your CRF110 shift shaft woes for good. The new BBR Shift Shaft Support & Sprocket guard bolts through 5 flywheel cover and case bolts to give maximum support to your shift shaft. We had a custom needle roller bearing made for the odd 11.6mm shift shaft. It's sealed on both sides to keep the dirt out and keep it moving freely. The integrated sprocket cover can be removed without pulling the whole shift shaft support. Plus, the sprocket cover makes it much easier to clean out mud from the counter shaft sprocket area. The main shift shaft support is anodized silver and the sprocket cover is black. The pocket edges and the BBR logo were machined after anodizing to add contrast and look great. Finally, you get trick new longer titanium bolts to to install it.

Cool part but not perfect

"I bought this sprocket guard/shift shaft support since my used CRF110 has the guard removed by previous owner. The BBR part looks great and has good features like bearings to support the shift shaft and seals on both ends to keep dirt/debris out. I did have a machining defect on my parts though where I could not easily installed the sprocket cover to the brace. The holes do not line up when you put the cover up the brace. I had to install the one bolt that wouldn't line up and then swing the cover over and install the bolt that was not mis-machined and it goes on with quite a bit of resistance. Had to use tool just to run the bolt in rather than smoothly running it with fingers. I have a video but I cant upload it. So I could force this part to go together before it even saw the bike, on the bike it was same story. So hopefully this doesn't have to come off any time soon."

Shift shaft seal leaks oil

"I literally have a brand new 2023 crf110 and I installed this and made sure that everything seated flush. I now leak oil from the shift shaft seal. I have heard of this happening to so many people because it puts too much pressure on the shaft. I wish there was a way to fix this because I really like the product itself."

How wide are these? Do they cover more of the shaft than the other ones?
While the BBR Brace might look wider, it's important to note that it is primarily supported by just a small inner bearing with no additional support.
