TBparts CRF110 Manual Clutch Kit for use with all semi-automatic CRF110s. Starting out with the new Gloss Black right-hand clutch cover. We inspect and install all of the parts we can here in house. First is the clutch arm on/inside the case. It utilizes a needle bearing for smoother action. We grease that and install it with the return spring. Next is the crankshaft and Kickstart shaft seal. We press them into the cover here, saving you the hassle. Everything else needed (except new engine oil) is included: a new clutch cover gasket, clutch cable bracket, a new clutch cable, and a high quality adjustable on the fly clutch lever.

"I had one issue when installing. The directions called for the use of the longer pushrod to be used for the stock clutch but whenever I tightened down the side case it didn’t allow for adjustment and the clutch was fully disengaged. I had to use the shorter pushrod that is said to be used with the aftermarket clutch."

No oil leaks after installation, besides being stiff, cable mount doesn't work great with pro circuit exhaust system, cable rides right against exhaust even when bracket is bent down to clear pipe. All in all good product, easy install and ready to go dump some clutches !"
