The Sik110s Over-The-Top Brake Pedal is constructed of 1/4" steel and features a precisely machined pivot point, as well as a rubber case bumper, designed to route the Brake Lever above the pegbar to prevent it from catching or snapping off.

* Pivot rod must be in the correct position or adjustments will be needed. You will also have to move the kickstart pedal back a notch or two.
1. Remove your stock brake pedal, kickstart lever and pegbar.
2. Fit the over-the-top brake pedal onto your KLX110, ensuring it does not contact the pegbar. Adjust your brakes if the pedal requires excessive travel to activate the rear brake and comes into contact with your pegbar.
3. Ensure the pedal does not interfere with the kickstart lever. If it does, adjust the kickstart lever backward by two teeth, or else it can force the pedal into the side case.
4. If the pedal contacts the side case or sight glass due to a bent pivot rod, carefully pull the lever outward to achieve clearances.
